When I was an escort, many of my clients were married. Seeing an escort if you are married has its advantages. You can see someone almost anonymously without any of the drama you would have a mistress and can choose not to see them again if you don’t like them, but when you are seeing an escort while married, you need to be extra careful. When I say careful, I mean, you need to make sure that if you are still sexually active with your spouse you need to make sure that your sex with the escort (whether oral, anal or vaginal) is PROTECTED and if possible the girl has been recently checked. You do not want to get an STD, and you do not want to give one to your spouse. Though you might not think, you CAN get a number of different STD’s from unprotected oral sex, most commonly Herpes, but there is a chance of getting practically any STD, if the escort is infected.
Becareful, and WHEN IN DOUBT, ALWAYS USE A CONDOM!!

Yeah this is really shady… Sad to think about it like this, but undoubtedly most escorts probably have herpes, possibly unbeknown to them. You figure 1/3 sexually active people have it, someone who does it for a living… Almost guaranteed. Like she said, oral sex is easy and universal. A condom does not provide sufficient protection against herpes for vaginal sex, i’m not sure what does. Definitely without a doubt necessary, just not completely sufficient. But then you know you wont end up with HIV. Especially since so many escorts have (potentially IV) drug problems, the are having unprotected sex with other IV users. Careful screening for classy escorts helps, but there is no way to be certain.
