If you want a high PR 3 link, go purchase one, or at least have the decency to leave a quality comment. Not just ” Your article is great”…and here’s my URL…that goes right through my spam widget and into the recycling bin ( I love you WordPress) and the occasional ones who slip through DO NOT get approved.
